Stig and Helén Eriksson live in Norrköpping, Östergötland. They began dancing as teens growing up in Sweden. They have both received their big silver medals for polska dancing and they won the Hälsinge Hambo contest in 1993. They lead a polska dance group called Östgötamix in Norrköpping. Both are musicians in the folk music band Klintetten; Helén is a fiddler and Stig plays Nyckelharpa.
Stig and Helén have been teaching for more than 30 years. They have taught all over Sweden and in Europe. They will present a selection of dances from Östergötland, Dalarna and a variety of favorites from other parts of Sweden. click photos to enlarge
